This  work  consist  of  20 km x  4 mt diameter underground concrete segment (THM) tunneling  and  6.5 km  of  open  cut tunnels in  south tehran. The contract is  a joint venture with  Andrade Gutirez construction company of brazil, and managed and financed for Municipality of Tehran by the World Bank for tunneling & water treatment within Tehran city.
